Qualified To Teach

BODYPUMP™

Hi to all the Les Mills fitness guru's out there! I am a HUGE fan of Les Mills and am hoping to get certified in more programs than just Body Pump. My club is currently looking at RPM and I am pushing for Body Jam or Combat. About me...well, I have been teaching now for almost 3 years and really found my passion in motivating others. I have a fulltime job as an executive recruiter and am fortunate to work from home. I teach over the noon hour which is my own personal stress relief and outlet away from my desk. I teach spin 2 days a week and Pump 2-3 days a week. My biggest success is having members come up to me and tell me that I have changed or had an impact on their life. It is so rewarding! Keep the passion and drive …much success to all out there in the LM world!

Body Pump, noon hour if close to Lakewood M-F and Sat mornings

Mari	Cool, I was going to go over to Carmody sometime this week so that would be great if you could get me in touch with her. I live by 32nd and Simms, I recognize streets but I am still trying to figure things out direction wise. I'll also give Susie a call. Hi girlie! What's new??? Getting ready for your vacation?!?

I was wondering if there is anyway you could sub BODYPUMP for me this Saturday, 5/31? If not, no worries ... I'll be there! My sister is visiting from California and my parents are having a get together on her behalf, Friday night in Boulder. I would like to spend the day with her on Saturday and not have to come back to Denver early in the morning. However ... if you can't do it ... , I'll be there! If you can sub, I'd be happy to try and pick something up for you as a trade! ;)

Hi there! Thanks for the congrats! I am working as a practice manager for a chiropractor/nutritionist! Also waiting tables ... a little extra cash! ;) I am only keeping Saturdays for now. I work M, W, TR, 8-6 and half day Fridays, 8-1. Hopefully some later evening classes, earlier mornings, or Tuesdays become available! ;)

Hi Miss Thang!!! How are you? A couple questions ... I know Kristalyn is trying to square things away.

On 4/12 ... are you able to sub that Sat? No worries if not ... just need to let her know.

Also, on 4/7 they have asked me to sub at 5:30am and teach at 5:30pm ... I really don't like to teach two BPs in one day. Are you able to teach either of these?
