How are you doing? Have you start BodyCombat 35? I realy like this realise:-D!!! We are starting with BodyCombat 36 at Thoursday!!! I can't waith... My instructer is the "Boss" over all bodyCombat instructers in Norway. That is the reason for we get the program so early... We get a test of it last time. They have a great mix of Muay Thai and Capoeira in the end of the Muay-Thai track!!! And the Muay Thai track is awsom!!! A favorite... Wery Testy and Strong!

I belive Dan and Rach. don't put it in wos becous it is a loog track 2 with knee-, roudhouse-, and side-kicks. And therephore it would not fit in track 4. The coorgaophy should be simple, but still give advanced members "problems" with ceap the speed. AND get stronger in the feets. B.C. 35 is one step forwoud from B.C. 34. Who wos focused on new members and members who would came in better shape. An ather thing who is put away from both thees realises, is the Jump-knee section.

Then we are in the same boat:-))). I miss the Jump-knee part in Muay Thai. I like to kapoeira, and A.S.K:-). That is a huge kick. becous it involve so many parts of the body and going for the side.
