Found a NEW LOVE this year 2009 - RPM!!
After a serious knee injury most of my reeducation I spent in an RPM class together with a wonderful bunch of people. Just became an RPM instructor myself & therefore a million thanks to my Finnish Les Mills trainer Eerika Kiuttu! She rocks!

Have also been digging further in the art of giving classes and providing life changing experiences through AIM and pro-instructor training.

My daytimejob as Commission Official is interpreter for European Heads of State and Government at the European institutions- what a passionate job!
(Yes, just like Nicole Kidman...)

BodyCombat is a passion too...
I deliver a heck of a BODYCOMBAT FITNESSclass with 100% power and fun & accessible to EVERYONE!

To complete the YING YANG cercle I give BODYBALANCE classes too... with enthousiasme and elegance...

When not BodyCombatting
will just keep on practising KARATE for the beauty of it and for my personal peace of mind...

I practise Japanese reiki, peint huge canvasses during nighttime (some of my paintings with the pictures), peint/write calligraphy, am a member of Mensa international.
Just love bloodred and black chocolate & my most beautiful fat norvegian cat's name is Karoline.

Give classes in French, English and Finnish - speak Italian, Dutch and Swedish, study Japanese...
