Come to RPM tonight at 6:3 @ EC North! Taught for the first time on Saturday with Dana. Was amazing! So good to be up there!
OR, if you're going to Canfit come to the worlds largest cycling class! I really hope there's still space b/c I haven't really registered yet :S

I'm actually team teaching with Moira at McCaul bodyStep at 6:30 cos her ankle is still healing.
I'm doing combat first at 5:30. Come double class with me! it's a fun combo
or are you pumping at union?

Awesome stepping. I see BodyStep Instructor in your future :). I am def going to try for your BP release at union on Tuesday. If I'm not too wiped out from BA training.

ps Caught in the act of text-msging during abs haha. At least I don't do that on stage ;).

hey simon, i've been teaching that timeslot since november. i've just started going to step before it so that's why you've been seeing me. now that i only have 1 step class a week to teach i have to keep up my cardio. i'm hoping this summer to get back into pump, so maybe i'll do the 3 class in a row once in a while. see you around.
