Hey I'm Cassondra, but some of my friends call me Sissy; my twin brother, Christian, started it and it seems to have stuck! I live in Warrensburg NY, and I go to an awesome gym (previously Tropical Fitness) newly owned by Global Fitness (G-Fit for short). I love all of the Les Mills programs and I try to get to at least one class a day.

I recently went to Bodystep training, with the amazing Nate Stokes, and I passed!! I am now in the process of finishing learning and planning to shoot my video. My goal is to at some point in the next year after I get comfortable teaching BS, is to go away to BODYATTACK training!!

UPDATE:
I just returned from the Super Quarterly in Poughkeepsie, NY and it was phenomenal!! I had the chance to meet so many fabulous people. It was so much fun. During the event, we set the record for the largest BODYPUMP class ever!! It was awesome to look around and see 700+ bars moving in sync! Without a doubt it was the best Les Mills Event EVER!!!
