Qualified To Teach

Wow-so where do I start? I'm so new to all of this. About 4 years ago I was diagnosed with a severe thyroid condition which was responsible for my gaining a whole bunch of weight. Faced with the real possibility that my only option was surgical, I decided that I would first try to lose the weight naturally through exercise and diet. The Les Mills programs have quite literally saved my life-over the course of the last few years I have lost over 120lbs. I have more to go, but I am healthier and happier than I ever have been in my life!

Although I love all the programs, my passion is Jam.
My goal is to be a positive role model for all those people who are afraid that they can't take charge of their physical and mental state of wellness.

**UPDATE!!!*** So now I have officially drank the Kool-Aid! This past weekend I had another unbelievable training with Lydia and I am PUMP qualified BABY!!!! It's so hard for me to believe that I've been able to change my life so much through Les Mills. I've met some truly wonderful and inspirational people, and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey and becoming the best instructor I can be.

Availability

I love love love teaching Jam! It is my passion so I'm always looking for more classes. Available most nights, except Thursday and Saturday morning.

I loveeee 50!! It brings me back to my growing up daysss!! Just think New Kids on the Block and Mchammer dance moves:) I liked everything about it!!

I've been off work for about 2 months or so....and I go back the 21st, so happy about that!! the club was sooo slow that they had to cut some classes and mine was one of them:( Sooo i'll be launching 49 for the first time, super excited!! I was so ready to launch it when they told me they were cutting the class, grrrr

Jennifer	I agree, 48 was real cool at first then started gettin old, I had to go back to some past ones too.....I'm think I'm gonna order some old releases that I didn't recieve like 44, and 39....I loved Buttons and London Bridge in 39! It was hot!!!
