Glad to hear that all is well up there in NY- hope the winter wasn't too bad for ya...
Life goes on down here in Camp Hill... we now have squeezed 35 bikes into that little RPM room- can you believe it? lol
Numbers do taper off some when it gets warm, but during the winter we've had to have manditory sign ups before each class...

It was GREAT to hear from you!! I most certainly will say hi to the Bent Creek gang for you. I am now the "Mature Fitness Director" at Gold's, and I teach a class for seniors at the gym, as well as at Bent creek. I am still teaching Combat and also BODYVIVE now (Just passed my assessment). I am not doing personal training right now, since my time is mainly spent on my senior gang - classes and activities. And of course, there are my kids too :)
I hope that your whole family is settling into life in New York.
Well, its time to string up the Christmas lights!!

we were happy to come out and do class. Next time im out that way ( prob a few weeks ) maybe we can do a Step deo for you guys

Great to hear from ya! Sabre and a few others from the gym say "HI!"... I had mantioned that you dropped me a note...
Hoping all is well with you and your family-
Was in charge of the launch last fall, had a blast! Had the whole room decorated in Halloween theme (song 5, Scream- good old Billy Idol) bleached my hair white and wore a skeleton jersey,fog machine,... it was pretty crazy to say the least.
If you're ever in the area, ya better stop in and say "Hi" to us all!
