Hey Steve!
Yeah i bounced back after module training pretty good thanks! Straight back into my classes the following week! Im instructing 3 tracks next week on BP 66, iv taken my time as i have had heaps happening with my other 3 programs the past few weeks. Learning 4 is going to be a real challenge but hey im up for it! my favourites are combat and more recently pump. Thanks heaps for all your feedback and training its helped me with my other programs as well. Enjoy the UK im sure you will have a MARVELLOUS time and the trip will be GRAND! Sorry couldn't resist. Hi Steve,
I'm Katie and I Love Bodypump! I now assist lessons and teach the cooling down and sometimes other tracks.I really want to become an instructer!
In 2 months I am moving from rotterdam(holland) to manchester! so looking for a new les mills club there..

Shaz & I didn't party on with some, I think they went to a dance club, but we were shattered!!!! So it was time to crash!

hello steve
how are you?
ive finally picked up some shadow work.
at the jetty gmy in coffs harbour, they have been so very kind to me and so far ive been shadowing on mondays and teaching the shoulders track for 65 and i totally love it!
my confidence levels are creeping up every week and im also attending my tafe workshops for my cert 3in fitness and having the interaction wiht strangers is really helping me with teaching.
hope you are having a wonderful weeks end and ill see you probably later n this year at a quarterly
