knees out of alignment, yeah i was told that at one point and got exercises to do from the physio, they worked for a bit, but the minute you stop doing them your knees go back to the way they were, waste of time as far as Im concerned, lol. Im only combatting wearing a knee brace to keep my knee in place coz when it partially pops its dam sore, lol.
Glad to hear things are going well re teaching etc, mind let me know when you get your results although Im sure you'll pass with flying colours. Will keep my fingers crossed for you re getting your own class soon.

Hey Kimberly, how you doing. Im doing ok, just waiting on the result of my MRI scan of my knee to see how bad the damage is, but in the meantime Im still combatting, lol.
So hows life as a combat instructor then, you got your own class yet?
