Hey Susan!!
How did you do at your quarterly?? Chicago was off the hook!!! And Susan really is as great as everyone says she is!!!!! I learned a ton, and only hope I can meet her again sometime!!
I noticed you are going to be in chicago in October! I hope I can make it there to see you do your vive thing!!!:)
Susan gave us a sneak peek at 12 and it will be awesome!!!!
Also, Susan said you were the one who suggested "instant replay" for 10. WEll done!!! I love that song!!!!

Hi again Susan!!
I was wondering if you have any tips for connect and go in BV11. Many of us have been struggling with it. I thought I had it down, but when I went through it again, I was off most of the time!!! I just can't seem to find that beat to lift the leg or tap the toe at the right time. If you have any suggestions, I would welcome them!!!!

Hi Susan!

Loved you in Vive 10! I, too, will be hanging out with Susan Trainor at the intensive in Chicago, and am SUPER excited!

Your pics are great, and it looks like we have some friends in common! Heather B was my Body Pump trainer, and Mysti has been to Des Moines at least twice for Body Jam trainings I helped set up at my old club. What great gals!
