Hi Susan,
Thank you for an amazing presentation of PUMP, FLOW, and VIVE this past weekend. That was my 1st Vive class. You are an amazing coach. I love your energy and passion for LM. Also, I really enjoyed your Education session on PUMP. That was really helpful. Chris and I are program coaches for PUMP at our gym, and I got so much out of your education piece. Anyhow, I'm off to take Flow this weekend with Tona. Very nervous, but LOVE the release. The Tai Chi is so beautiful!

Summer's off & running here! Fun, fun fun!!

I just posted some new pics from the Las Vegas Q (had a great time!! THANKS!!) as well as some pics from the following weekend, Father's Day weekend, at the Colorado River.

Also just bought a roadbike - caught the bug - and am recovering today from my inaugural ride yesterday - 28 miles down the coast and back!

Hi friend!! Just had to say I had a BLAST at the Quarterly yesterday. Soooo much fun even though today I am soooo incredibly sore...LOL Thanks for letting me help with Vive - how fun was that?! We still need those mojitos by the way... before it gets cold again!!

Hi Susan,
Amy from Orchard Hills in Lancaster, Ma. Just wondering if you will be our trainer for BodyVive in July? You were really fantastic training Wendy and me that I'd love for my 2 new girls to have the same experience. We had to have an energency training because I will be going on Maternity leave (hopefully) after we launch BV 7.
