Hi, Shan! Spending the weekend with the 6 of you was definitely an honor for ME. :) How are things going now. I'll bet you are all rocking it out. What do you think of BODYVIVE 10? At our Quarterly in Oregon there were as many BODYVIVE participants as BODYPUMP. Good stuff!

You have so many of the wonderful qualities that would make a good trainer, and you're a fantastic role model for our program with such a broad appeal. If you put your heart and soul into it, there's no doubt you can go as far as you want. You've got fantastic colleagues very close to you to be great examples, and I'm always here to help or chat if you want. Use this first year to hone your skills, then keep your eyes open for the opportunity and GO FOR IT!

I really do hope I'll get the chance to see you at a Quarterly sometime soon. Let me know how things are going and give Nicole a big hug for me. I miss you both!
