Thanks for the comment about my abs, I work hard on them .... after 2 children, turning 40 last year and wanting to be a role model for my participants .... it's a lot to live up to ; )
Ooh, and we're all moved into our new house and busy making it a home - love it here, never want to leave. By the way, are you coming to Redmond for the QW in June?? Hope to see you there and catch up.
