wow.I never thought that I would be up in front of 30 some members teaching Bodystep and loving it the way I do. I'm a single mother of two and I work in Blacksburg Va at a local gym.I never muched cared about working out until Les mills came to the gym now
I can't wait to do more. My next program will be bodypump as soon as I can find a place to train I can't wait!!!In my spare time I love to read hang out with my kids and swim.I look forwad to many long healthy years with Les mills!!!! Thanks 4 the life change
