I've been very busy - training for Great North Run well under way now, did 10 miles on Monday which is the longest I've done - it's taking it's toll on my knees and feet though got some supports but need to check my trainers too. This has cocked me up with everything else - not ebing a runner I'm finding it hard and even 2 runs of 9 miles a week is knocking me out for everything else and I am aching! Don't know what to do tonight, think balance would be good as I haven't been for a few but I'm also negelcting weights for running, so maybe bodypump would be a better option - I can't decide, I could do weights in the gym in the morning or swim as I can't do a class tomorrow night then I'm giving up combat on Fri to run again - too stiff the next day to spin and that's the only class on a Sat nightmare!! Shame about the shoulder/back, I get the odd twinge but we have an ex physiotherapist at work who normally rubs it better for me. You've really got to watch on those clean and presses I think they're dangerous!! Bodyjam sounds good we don't have it here yet.

Keep up the work and enjoy!
Lost 30 myself and now teach BodyCombat -- absolutely love it!

Haha I'd forgotten all about you!! My bday is 11th March so plenty of time, sky diving sounds mint, would love to do it for charity but wouldn't be able to raise enough money. Am doing half marathon for Dog's TRust in October and have started training on the tredmill, not a runner though so not sure if I'm doing the best I can. Loving the new releases, especially Combat, will take a few weeks to get my head round BB 41 though!!

Hey Steven,
Thanks for your note!!! Wow--skydiving! I am not doing anything that exciting for my birthday, but maybe next year?!? Although, I did go flying in an antique biplane a couple of years ago on an aerobatic flight... we did some loops, barrel rolls, over wine country. It was amazing and fun. I would love to get my pilots license someday!
I hope you are feeling better now. I know how you feel about missing class... I just hate missing jam :).

Hi again, I like your Homer picture! My gym doesn't offer body balance but there is a class called mind and body which incorporates pilates, tai chi and yoga which I have fancied but never got round to doing. Does it sound similar and what are the benefits? I just worry I'd be spending an hour rolling round on the floor and not feeling the benefit.
