Hey Jen,
Thanks for the advice! i think that I am going to focus on BJ, but add some plus, like in the regaeton. Things where the + isn't that much. I am really excited and I am keeping my fingers crossed for this program. Something is better than nothing. If we can get more people in as well, maybe my gym will look at keeping the license. Thanks for the advice!!!

Hey Jen,
Wanted to let you know that I finally have some progress for BJ. We are starting a program of BJ for specifically teens here on this post. Don't know how many will register, but at least we are in the starting process. I'm super excited!
I have a question for you. Now that there is BJ and BJ+, which do you launch? Sometimes I find that BJ isn't that different than BJ+ in difficulty as the jumps and turns are still there. I'm debating which to launch or to make a mixture.

Happy Birthday! You still look like you are 21. Staying Fit will keep you young forever. Have you launched BJ 47? Love the new release. Still determined for Body Jam so I went to Jam 47 training so I can submit that video. It is simpler than ours. Launched 47 on Monday, it was Awesome. I got this one at last.
