I have enjoyed watching you on Attack DVD's, and love your energy on stage! A triathlete! That's great! I've only done the sprints, but love them so much! What a fabulous way to show off your strength and stamina from all those LM classes! I have trouble fitting in the training, with my FT teaching job, 2 kids, + LM classes (I'm not the best time mamanger). Good luck to you in the "big one"! Thanks for the inspriation!

Cool how you combine LesMills and triathlon!
I've done a few myself too, it's amazing, torture, but fantastic!!(only 1/8th triahtlon)
Just started teaching BP, it rocks!!
One of the other BP instructers, did Olympia from BP55 specially for me 2 weeks ago, I just love that song!! had that one in my les BP lesson ever! great to see you on that DVD

Hi Amy!! I am sure you have heard this a billion times, but GREAT WORK on RPM 38!!! (oh and in BA 59 too!!) I love the new releases they rock the house!!! The members are going to totally love the new RPM release, especially track 3, I think that one is going to be a real favorite. The lyrics and motivation is just phenomenal. I just got certified on release 36, never done cycle in my life, and am totally in LOVE with it! Hope to see you in many more releases to come!!!
