donna & i teach pump together on monday nites & she teaches step rigth after pump on mondays - BUT neither of us will be at the gym on monday 8/25 - we are going to the john mayer concert at spac. donna also teaches step @ 430 on tuesdays. the pic of my son and me is at lake sacandaga - my sister & her husband have a camp there. but i do spend a ton of time on lake george. my boyfriend has his boat up there and i used to spend my summers there as a kid. love it! but summer is way too short here. waaaaaaaaaah! will u be at the super Q this weekend? ok, off to work!

i don't know who sarah is. by albany do u mean the gold's in guilderland or latham?

we are in clifton park ny. our evening pump schedule is 530 monday nite, 430 wednesday, 530 thursday, 530 friday. weekends- 930 saturday, 10am sunday! hope to see u there!

I did Attack in February in MD! Mike and I both went and he held my hand (as it were) through the training. Wow - it was seriously tough training!

I just looked at your pics - the babies are getting SO BIG and, wow, you are getting so SMALL!!! YAY!
