HI Susan, THANK YOU and HUGE HI VIVE to ya for VIVE 8 - ive just came home from our workshop and it ROCKED from start to finnish! Was lucky to have Dione present along with another fab trainer. Best track was interactive cardio - loved it - i wish i could do it with my classes (thou only got 9 people usually) but i'll work out something :P
Anyway it is really late here :P HUGE WELL DONE AGAIN! :P

Hey Susan,
I thought I would send you this pic of our BodyVive team for release #7. We just launched BV 7 last Saturday and the Members Loved it!!!! They enjoyed the workout, music and the whole nautical theme idea and of course we added a little bit of nautical decor to the room too. Plus while one of us was presenting with the mic the other three of us would be singing along loud and on key with the music while shadowing all 12 tracks, we are now known as "The Vivettes"! And to keep the Dance Cardio #3 idea that you all showed going we had our very own Rodney Morris, a USA Trainer/Presenter and Rueben M.. LMSC Region Staff & a Viver, dance the Mambo with Eva & I at the end of the track, that was so much Fun too! So we hope you like the pic because we sure liked the release and the theme idea. Thank you for making a difference in all of our lives and others too with this program!!!!
Hope to see ya soon in the US!!

Hi Susan,
BodyVive is the 4th LM program I just got certified in and I'm absolutely LOVING every minute of it!!!!
It's only been in our club for 4 months and our "Vive Village" keeps growing!! The members love it and I have the best time teaching it.

Just a reach out to you from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA! Our dear friend, JJ Gunning... LM Club Coach Extraordinaire came to visit my club yesterday to watch us present BV7. He also said you have been on him to get trained. I will help you be a pain in his backside until he does it!!
BodyVive is amazing! Two other team members and myself teach the program, and we all feel the same...as do our members! Ask JJ about the energy in the room last night. He took some great pictures.
