Qualified To Teach

I teach for GoodLife Fitness and have for the past 16 years. Luckily Goodlife has so many clubs that when we were moving around for school and my husband's work I could still teach for GoodLife in London, Guelph, Kingston and currently in Toronto for past 6 1/2 years. For my fourth time, I am nominated and finalist for Instructor of the Year for this awesome company. Total honour to be recognized!

This is my passion and I love the programs and Les Mills philosophies.

My full time job is being a stay at home mom for my two ACTIVE boys, Dylan and Tyler aged 4 and 2 respectively as well as a dental hygienist once per week. Luckily I can fit in teaching about 8-10 classes per week and with the child minding can take my sweet peas to all my classes.

Currently I am certified in pump, step, attack, flow combat and most recently RPM!!!

Super excited for next round of releases!

Ray	Good to hear, it is easy to do as you discovered. Been crazy busy so not on much these days - 42 classes this month. Cannot wait for CFP.... What is this???? You are in the top 5!!!!! Yee Haw, I will be rooting for you!!!!!! Do we get to vote??? I will be at the banquet to see you win!

Ray	Hi Susie It was so nice to meet you. I love to meet the people that I meet here at Les Mills . com. Perhaps next time we can chat. See you at Can Fit Pro for sure. For sure I will let you know when I am back in town. I had a lot fun this week. Even subbed Ryan's class tonight. That was fun and they sure did not know what to think. Ray
