About me:

My name is Suzanne (27), I am an instructor at Team Treningssenter in Sandefjord, Norway. We have these Les Mills programs:

BODYPUMP, BODYJAM, BODYSTEP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE, BODYATTACK, BODYVIVE, RPM

My Les Mills history:

So the story is that I, out of a hunch, just walked into a gym here in my town one day and signed up for a years membership. Started working out and after a few weeks I was asked if I wanted to be an instructor. New as I was at everything that had to do with group training, I was somewhat reluctant. But I got bitten by the LMI bug and started teaching Body Balance about five years ago. I later attended the RPM, BodyPump and Body Combat module.

Been teaching RPM and Balance for several years, ATM I`m focusing on BodyPump and BodyCombat. Other than that I train Attack and Jam as well...I simply looooove the Les Mills programs!

Hey Susanne, here's your 1 Birthday Wish for you to enjoy through out the year! Use it wisely since you are still so very, very young and you know I can send you more Birthday wishes if I knew how young you are! You know Les Mills looks totally Awesome on you!! Here's to you and a New Year of RPM, Balance, Pump, combat & Attack!!
I hope you will have Fun on your Birthday this Coming SATURDAY the 225th of July and that you will keep Celebrating it through the weekend and next week too with your Family and Friends plus Celebrate Many, Many, Many, More of them!!
