Hey Lolly, thx for your message and being my friend. Yep, I'm a very busy woman... 24 hours in a day is not enough for me.
In my daily life I'm a nurse at the coronary care unit. I teach 4-5 hours RPM a week and 1-2 hours BODYPUMP.
Yesterday I was in Vleuten for the quartely. RPM 44 en BODYPUMP 71, great releases again. Yesterday we also had the "Cadans Training Program" a exercise only for instructors and .... now auch...!!! Muscle pain.
It's was a nice moment to meet Glen last Year at the Super Q in Veldhoven. I've enjoyed the MC RPM en BODYPUMP.
This year I've heard that Marc Sinclair en Sarah Robson are coming to Holland for the Super Q.

Looks like I will not be able to do the August TRAINING Class.While I have been able to understand some of the details of the 2 day class I have not been able to find out how to apply/register.I will keep trying though.
