hey lady,
hows u doing?
urgh, i had a right 'mare teaching combat last night with chris! :-S
i got stuff wrong, forgot things, said the wrong things and my brain just wouldn't work properly! dunno wot was wrong with me - other than the fact that i am really tired and stressed! lol.
which qw are u going on? :-)

aaah coolio! i wasn't sure if they would like me or not.
tho i don't like to be known as lovely, i like to be known as mean! haha - when i covered at helio, this girl asked me if i was in the TA!
videos can b a pain, i had a mare gettin sumone to flim my combat way back when, if there is owt i can do to help just let me know
ok, we four girlies have to formulate a plan and then it's beers a go-go ;-)

hey up mrs
hoped i would catch ya on sunday at the marriott, but was in a mad rush for pump!!
tried attack and balance for the first time and thought they were both wicked - loved them!
team-taught combat last night after pump at carrefour with the lovely mr chris! was awesome!!! great chemistry, such a good laugh - think it was the best team-teach i ever had! :-)
hope ur gud anyhoo and me n ruth was saying we shud meet up soon for some beerios or summat - and claire p too...let us kno if u wud b up for it and when u is free
