Hey Shelly,
What did you say about MAN BOOBS? I'm sorry I missed the launch. I definately would rather have been there than cleaning up after the flood. Of course we had to go back to Mississippi 3 days later to pick up everything again because it flooded yesterday. That means we have to clean up "again". The work is worth it. It is a fun and beautiful place to go to. I'll show you some pics sometime. I still have to give back your Maui books. Hopefully soon. Hope you've been okay. Do you have a consistant class to teach at Salvation?
You are more than welcome to team teach with me in the Mon/Wed am classes if ya feel up to it. Hope to see ya soon! I just got off of work and can't get to sleep.

You did an awesome job today!! How do you come up with all these catch phrases?? For the next 3 months we will hear nothing but "Man Boobs" during every chest track... You were great!!!

I did get the Maui books you sent me. I have not had the time to look through them. I have been soooo busy. Please get with Fabinne and let her know what classes you will cover for me and get back with me so can forward the schedule from March 21st - March 27th to Elizabeth.

I forgot to tell you this: Saturday's launch was awesome. Many complements from the morning members. You did a great job. I think it was one of the most exciting yet. MAC has a really great team of instructors and I'm glad you are part of it. Keep the energy, fun and excitement. Love ya,

Great launch because we all were in it!!! Congratulations to you ALSO, you did a fabulous job organizing so that it was best for all.

Thanks for the praises but I need to share them with the whole MAC team. We did a damn good job. We were terrific. Cbt and Flow were extraordinary. The classes were packed to the max with 30 people. Lots of energy and fun for all of us. Next time come take a combat and flow with us.
