Hey Gir! Saw that you had your site going, thought I'd say hey! You are doing a fantastic job, and seem to be very comfortable on stage. I remember the first time I taught on my own....I had stage freight and thought I was gonna get sick!!! Keep up the great work kiddo!!

Tara - Taping went pretty good. I just missed one 4x4 with backward stepping lunge...I just started late on it...no big deal. Overall I think I did pretty good. I'm going to watch it tomorrow night at Newtone and then hand it over to Steve to watch and hopefully he can help me convert it...This morning was interesting because with 5 minutes until class started there was only two people there. We ended up having about 13 people, but I was a little nervous at first. Hope Charlie is feeling better. When are you teaching next?

Happy Holidays Tara!! I heard you taped, and I was wondering if you heard anything?? We have not yet launched here in Burlington we plan on launching Jan 24. I can't wait. How did you do with your video? I'm in a little bit of a panic over mine but I did my best and it is now in someone elses hands. Do you have your own classes yet? Tara - I'm teaching solo for Steve on Saturday and plan on taping. I'm going to give you a call so we can discuss a couple things since you have taped already. It would be awesome if you were planning on coming to the class too. Thanks for being awesome!!
