can't believe it's new release time already!! Geez!

I am looking forward to using this next set of releases to build our programs even stronger... it's the perfect time of year when resolutions are being made and it's our job to motivate the members to stick to it!

tryin' to build up the classes to make em want more
cause it's a social hour that'll get you a groovin' a tune
forgettin the day's worries and leaving the 'tude
so put on your sneaks and grab a towel

Heidi	Thanks for the shout out! We will miss you on Saturday, it would have been cool to hang out. I am a Q virgin, you know. I am pretty excited to check the scene out. I know the energy will be amazing and the inspiration just bouncing all over the place. But hey, no worries, baby showers are fun too, especially all the little games. LOL! I saw an Orthopedic Surgeon today. He says I have Turf Toe and I have to stay off of it and wear a stiff soled shoe at all times to prevent from bending it at all...otherwise I could have chronic conditions and it wouldn't heal properly, so teaching for about 6-8 weeks is completely out. Plus I'm having to file for an extension for my taping which is REALLY stressing me out. I wanted to have it done at 8 weeks.
