KIA KAHA MY LESMILLS FAMILY!!

Loving my classes as usual and as the weather gets colder more people are finding out how infectious BC is! I love it! All the "kia's" I hear is music to my ears! I am starting to teach BP again (YES) next week can't wait because I love this release!

I'm gearing up for Bootcamp in Chicago in December to become a national trainer in Body Combat! I am so excited! My dreams are coming true one by one. Hardwork, faith, support, and lets not forget passion have gotten me this far....and of course my mom! I cannot wait to go up there and work hard! And hopefully I will have great news, God willing, to report back!

My mom is my universe! She is my queen. Without her there wouldn't be a me. I am a mama's boy and proud to admit it!! You can make fun if you want But don't hate. Everytime I look at her I am in a abysmal state of "awe". She is my hero!

I have 19 tattoos.

Nikki	Thanks for the add! We haven't met but I keep stumbling across you on some of my friends page so I figured I had to be one too! Yes, I was in Chicago, good eyes! Just put Combat under my belt and am ready to fight! Best of luck to you at bootcamp. I hope to be there someday too (as an Attacker!) ~Nikki

Wish you the best for your bootcamp. I am sure you know to expect that it will be very difficult. LM holds high standards...that is what I love about Les Mills. I hope to be a BodyPump National Trainer one day. I know I have a long road ahead but hard work, determination & perserverance will get me there! I will let you know when I am preparing for my video. In the mean time I am gonna start taking videos of my teaching often so I can learn to improve my technique in both Pump & Combat.

Hey BCB,
I think I did "ok" overall. I know I need lots of practice though. The whole MMA arena is new to me. I know I am gonna love BC once I get some more practice under my belt. I had tracks 3&4 to present! Man 4 is awesome but difficult to learn in a couple of hours. Especially after Danielle beat me up all day on Sat then I had to come back & present it on Sun morning. Hey your friend Jenn & I have been emailing each other. She seems really nice. Is she on the LM site?

Hey BCB,
I have completed the Combat training!!!! What an accomplishment that is. I knew it was going to be hard but holy ****. So excited to hear about you going to Trainer Bootcamp. I wish you all the best with making your dreams come true. I also plan to be a trainer for LM someday. I know I have a long road ahead of me but I will never even consider the possibility of defeat!
