Have you seen/done the new Combat? It's phenomenal. I'm going to the SuperQuarterly in Poughkeepsie this weekend. Am super psyched. All the program directors will be there (along with 600+ other instructors).

sounds like you've got heaps on your plate carla - tell ya what - we just played around with boxing today on the training course I'm doing - pfffff! that is hard out!! talk about push you far and fast!!!! no time wasted, just full in isn't it! would be easy to get hooked on.

just combat - or looking at other programs??
combat is a great program - so full of feel/emotion and energy!
so many good programs to choose from though! but only so many hours in the day - would love to do balance or rpm.. am toying with the idea... in any event wouldn't be til next year (need to make head space room!) when things calm down a little.
better get some shut eye.

Thank you so much Carla!!! hey did you leave????I didn't even get to say good-bye or give you a parting gift or anything. I want you to know that I am so glad that I got to take my certification with you and I that I have had the privilage of teaching with you. I hope to see you again someday. If you left that is.........I hope you had a safe trip. You will defineately be missed.
