Its not everyday you find something in life outside of Family that truly makes you happy, but ever since Les Mills Body Pump has come into my life it hasn't been the same. It keeps getting better everyday. To impact another persons life in a positive way with your Passion is truly a Gift and I thank Sheldon for opening my eyes to this Amazing Lifestyle, and Ed and Gale for bugging me for 3 weeks nonstop to instruct it!!!

Hey Tom,

Thanks for the update. Awesome job by you and the team on your Flow launch. -8 would stop me from coming!! Glad to hear your members are liking the program and that classes are well-attended.

Not sure if I'll be at NE Q in Feb., may be at Mid Atlantic but I hope to get up to one of the Qs this year at Northeast. Hope everything else is going well. Good luck with Combat and RPM this year - good goals to set.

Liz	Great job at the launch yesterday. Everything went smoothly and I think we really sparked some interest!! Plus the paper lanterns looked really cool. Sorry we didn't come bowling, the weather was getting really bad-but let me know for next time!

Carmen	Hi Tom, Wow, that sounds great...this was a busy & fantastic year for you, well done!!! I became BP certified on release 65...love the lunge track in that release :) Have you ever attended the Quartely that takes place in Toronto, Canada mid-August? I plan on attending this year for the first time...I'm very excited :)
