Pump and Step Launch October 11th

Just back from the Super Q with amazing friends and met some amazing people a long the way. All the Program Directors were awesome to meet and talk to. Had a great time meeting everyone. Took my first RPM class and absolutely loved it, looking forward to doing it again. It was so nice meeting so many people with the same passions as me.
Also Moved about 80 RPM Bikes in 2 Days but I loved it. Thanks to everyone for a great time.

Actually teaching classes in BP, BC, BA, BB and RPM. BodyStep just if I really have to. Five programms is absolutely maximum to learn and to teach. Always chaos with the abs and cooldown tracks... ;)
I'm doing that fulltime. Next to that I'm studiing sports management and work as a trainee for the national team Germany for RPM and BodyCombat. Flow/Balance, Combat and RPM are all great programms. Wouldn't know which to choose... Go for all!
How are things going in USA? Looks and sounds like a big party!

Chris	Tom, we had a great weekend. Met alot of great people and got to hang out with the international trainers from New Zealand. I'll never forget this experience or the biggest pump class EVER. Let me get any pictures of us, i'll see ya at the gym brother. KAI KAHA Chris
