Hmmm... What can I say? Les Mills has changed my life. It is amazinig to be a part of something that motivates and inspires other people to build a healthy and happy life.

I currently teach BodyPump, BodyStep and BodyFlow. If only I could teach LM classes all day long...

I do get my fair share of teaching in general. My day job involves teaching a bunch of rowdy and amazing fourth graders. Just when I think they have exhausted all my energy I get the privilege of teaching Les Mills and getting it all back!

I am IN LOVE with life. I only wish there was enough time to see and experience EVERYTHING. It is a work in progress...
