Traci,
I love the new BJ release!!!! I can't wait until I learn the moves. You were terrific! I swear you became a different person on that stage tonight! You rocked it big time!!! Thank you for the compliment on the last post. I'm working so hard to tone up. If I can get toned like you, I would be so happy. I hurt my elbow a little swinging it everywhere tonight (LOL). It should be fine for Combat tomorrow though. Get some rest tonight because you deserve it.

Hey Sweetie!
I got back in last night. I didn't get here until around midnight. We were delayed an hour and a half (gotta love NY!) I had an AWESOME time. I can't even begin to describe the experience and culture of that place. I sent Angel a text message asking about how the launch was, and she said it was great. I missed you all Thursday, but you know I'll be there first thing on Monday. I've been thinking about if I can really do this teaching thing, and my husband thinks it would be a great. If I can master 45 quickly, I just might be open to teach. Since school starts back on Thursday, I'll have to see how my schedule works out. I'm hoping I can still do Jam twice a week, but I plan to keep Monday as my Jam time for sure. See ya Monday!

You definitely would be a great asset to Les Mills to become a National Trainer - and you certainly could do it in many programs. I'd love to visit New Zealand too.

I've got lots of learning to do to improve before I can get there, but I think I might actually try to become an RPM trainer at some point in the future. The trainings are only 2 days instead of 3, so it might fit my schedule better. Plus, I think I'm a better RPM instructor than PUMP at this point anyway.

I'm maxed out on my programs - nothing new for me down the line. My limited brain power can only learn 2 sets of choreography each quarter. (And PUMP and RPM are probably the easiest of all of them!)

See you next week.
