YO, My name is Charlotte and I am a severe Bodycombat addict... . .

I work out and instruct in Olympia, WA and am completely driven and addicted to BodyCombat. I began just over 3 years ago after i had healed from a domestic assault. I immediatly fit into class and began coming more and more as it was a release on my aggression and pain from my past. Combat has been very healing for me. I became officially certified in Feb 08 . I am completely obsessed with the program AND am so blessed to have such a great team aka my gym crew. If it wasn't for them.. id be a chunky couch potato and would have never discovered my drive to fling sweat, kick ass, and empower others to find their inner-ninja!
With the closure of our beloved Westside Athletic Club, I am grateful we have the oppurtunity to merge with 5th Ave Fitness. Aside from being suddenly flung into a scary and sad process of "goodbye" to our original home gym, I am excited to see familiar faces of members and instructors as well as meeting new people with Les Mills Addictions. We are about to make our family a heck of a lot bigger and stronger.

BCB(Body Combat BEAST!!!!!)	Things are great over here. SQ is this weekend! I am gearing up for some serious Body Combat! And of course Chicago is my city! We can Body Combat over it if you want! Awe, you've been buffaloed! Not me!

BCB(Body Combat BEAST!!!!!)	I am addicted to BC too! You cannot get any better than BC! I am pleased to read how it helped you outside of the gym. It has done the same for me as well. Peace and love!
