HI Tonna,
Been so long since I went through BV training with you....release 4! Vive is a huge success at our club and I love it. I've come a long way baby since training and my panicked look when you said my left is my right and vice versa.
Attached is a picture of us at our launch of 7 so long ago. We had a blast with it.

Hey Tonna! Jake told me you'll be the trainer for BodyVive at Adrenaline next month...can't wait! You and Susan were my BodyFlow trainers a couple of years ago. It was my first program and I was nervous, excited, overwhelmed and exhausted afterwards; LOVED every bit of it though! :-) Flow started an awesome journey for me in the Les Mills world I can't wait to begin another one with BodyVive! See you soon!

Hello from Abilene!!!
Well, we did it! We had an all day launch of Vive yesterday, and the members LOVE IT! We had 6 classes and maxed them all out at 40 members per class! There was a waiting list for every class!! Nothing but great feedback from everyone! You would have been so proud!! :)
I know Leah took some pictures, so I'm going to try and get them from her and send them your way. Thanks again for a great training, there is absolutely no doubt that Vive will be very, very successful at our gym!
