Hi Tonna,
I'm thinking of doing the Vive training in Roanoke. Will you be the trainer? I sure hope so.
My Body Flow practice is slowly coming along and I'm looking forward to really diving in as soon as I do my Jam tape tomorrow.

Hi Tonna! It was a pleasure being at the quarterly in Clemmons with you as well as all the trainers!! You all were awesome!! Of course I was partial to the Vive, Flow and Step... but it all rocked!! I hope I'll see you soon at another LM training!

Hi Tonna!
Just wanted to let you know I won't be coming down to the NC training after all. My friend decided to go for Step training, and I am sort of tight financially right now, so the drive and hotel room on my own in addition to the program cost would be a bit much on top of (late) tax payments this month.
But I still definitely want to do the upskilling some time! I am loving teaching BodyFlow so very much these days; I can't imagine my life without it.

Hi!
I am going to host a Flow orientation at my club this summer! I am in contact with the mid-atlantic folks and we are looking at late July/early August. I am really psyched for it. Hope all is well with you. I am loving teaching 40 and can't wait to get my hands on 41. Think of you often. Your such an inspiration to me.
