Started by doing pump once a week in Feb 08. Doing Pump 3 times a week now, and also try and sqeeze in a body balace class. Starting to see the difference, I now have muscles whereas before I had non (the orginal 7 stone weakling here!)

Hi, I was wondering about your comment on the lunge and esquiva combo.

My question is what exactly is the thing you found difficult about it? The balance? The speed? The flexibility? The footwork?

I'm lucky myself because I was already used to the movement and I'd like to help and give some tips, but it's not clear to me what is the main problem for you to perform it. Is it getting better now after some tries?
