Hey, Trinna

How have you been?

I have gone back to college this year to study Website Design, and have been having fun learning it.

The course is for the whole year and I hope to get some kind of job at the end of it. There's not a lot around in Coffs Harbour, so I may move up north to the Gold Coast (Surfer's Paradise) or Brisbane in order to look for work.

At the moment, our area is going through a terrible lot of flooding, due to a lot of heavy rain that has fallen, so it may mean that our fabulous weather is stalled for the moment.

I am still going to the gym, working out whenever I can, doing Cardio Box (our version of Body Combat) a couple of times a week, and have reached some kind of empasse with my weight loss, and can't seem to lose much at the moment, but I'll still keep trying.

I hope that you can still find time to send me an email, as I have been neglecting people.

How are things with you? It's been a while since we exchanged messages, so I thought that I would send you this as Xmas is rapidly approaching.

As I, unfortunately, am now unemployed, the good news is that I can now spend more time going to the gym to do all those classes that I couldn't do during the day.

I hope that you have a great Xmas & fantastic New Year, and hope to hear from you soon.

By the way, my birthday is coming up on the 10th January.

Hey Trinna, nice to hear your doing well!

Still writing the paper.. It's due at the end of the marking period (sometime next week) and i am out for a while anyway because i just got my wisdom teeth pulled. I hate it! I miss the gym! Espically real food. haha ive been eating mashed bananas, sweet potatoes, and protein shakes since monday. Dosent sound like a long time but its going by too slow!

My GFM is starting to talk to me about getting my own time slot and i hope its soon! I taught a full class just before i got my teeth out and it was great! I suprised myself and the flow instructor thats been helping me. Nice to go out with a bang lol.

Have fun in Chile. And i know exactly how you are going to feel without the classes. I think i might be able to start back up again on Sunday.

Hey Trinna,

Well guess what, it is a really small world!

I took my first Body Jam class here in Australia the other day (now that things have settled down here and I was able to join the gym). Anyway as soon as I walked into the class I thought that the instructor reminded me of Charles and that he must be from the Phillipnes too.

So after class I introduced myself to him and I said that I moved from UCSF and he said he knows Charles. They used to hang out together back in the Phillipines. What a coincidence!

Unfotunatley the body jam classes here are like 50 people per class, I liked it at UCSF with the smaller classes!
