Hi Trinna,
I just got back to the US yesterday from my three week trip to South America. It was great, I didnt go to Chile though so you will have to let me know how that is, especially Easter Island.
Now i am heading to Australia on October 9th, so hopefully by early November I will be settled enough there so I can start back with Body Jam.
Good luck with your job search and hopefully if you do move back to philly you can get them to start up Jam over there.
It will be hard to leave SF, I miss it already, I dont think many other cities can compare!

Yes that is the place and watch out for the drinks... they will make you forget you night:) HAHA
Yes I did make it home safe and sound... so happy to be in one place for over a month at a time:) Thanks for the coffee again and please let me know once martha puts out the holiday blend coffee... I can't wait! I pay what ever to have it shipped to me:)

Wow all those conferences sound like a lot of fun, especially Easter Island, I am so jealous of that, that is a place I definitely want to go one day.
I really dont like the Zumba instructor here, she is so into showing off what she can do, and is not encouraging of the class at all, she has nothing on Matty & Charles & Kimi and all the UCSF instructors who are so sweet.
But I am definitely in Body Jam withdrawl, I love how Body Jam works, I feel like Zumba is just a mess of different songs with nothing that builds into each other like Jam.
Oh well, I just have to wait till October to start up with Jam again, I'll just have to be patient.

Hi,
I am missing body jam alot already! I joined a gym here in LA for two weeks so that i could keep active while I am down here. They don't have Body Jam though and nobody here has ever heard of it! I tried Zumba a few times but I definitely like Jam better. When I get to Australia in October I'll let you know how Jam is over there.

I will miss you guys too, hopefully I will find a good crew over there. I actually won't be starting up over there until November since I am going to spend some time in LA and South America before heading to Oz, and then I will have to get settled there before I join the gym As soon as I do start taking classes though I'll let you guys know how it is.

Here's whyu:
I too am a science geek (undergrad in Bio, MS in forensic science, also JD but am a forensic scientist)
Grew up in Berkeley, family is still there
Teach 4 LM programs but BC is my fav!
Where do you take BC? I know an instructor in SF who just went through training but his gym doesn't offer it
Would love to come take classes when I come back West to visit the fam
Hang in there with school
I miss the lab something fierce but at least I get to unleash in the gym
