I'm pretty certain you have yet to visit MY profile (with or with our your superman underpants....)..............
Congrats on your PASS! However, my favorite "getting to know you moment" was my hour I got to spend JAMMING with you! You kicked all sorts of ass after an ENTIRE day of PUMP training, and hung with the JAMMERS until the end! The ONLY Pump trainee with enough gonads (sp?) to Jam just for the hell of it!!!! YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You've kicked ass in so many ways, I'm not sure where to begin counting! I'm glad you made it into our humble Des Moines!

CONGRATS!!! You must have gone to the training in Des Moines......is that right? You say you passed like it's a surprise.....seriously, it's obvious you have the big Les Mills bug, so it's no surprise to me that you passed! I can see and feel your energy in your profile posts, and that is a huge help in these programs! The pump training IS both exhilerating and challenging, but something that leaves you feeling high on the adrenaline you get from it!
I would love for you to join me as a shadow or to co-teach with me anytime, but you have to clear it through Tomas first. I teach on Thursdays at noon at the south gym......I have kids and a family so I am a "day-timer" only at this time. If that ever works for you, let me know--I'd love to have you!
I'm glad you got a room and are all set for the trip to Chicago--we will be at the Hyatt (event site), but I'll be on the look out for you guys! Can't believe it's almost here! Can't wait-----we're going to show them what we've got here in little ol' Omaha!
Let me know if there is anything you need in regards to pump or if you have any questions.

Just checking in.....have you made arrangements now to get to Chicago? I hope so, and I'm looking forward to "meeting" you officially.......CONGRATS on your Combat pass!
As pumped up as you are with your combat, you sound like you might also be a great canidate for pump.......do you like it enough to head that direction? If you are going to Chicago, I'll ask for your help and cueing in Combat cuz I'd like to try it again.......I've only tried it once.......I think I would love it if I knew the moves a little better and did it enough times to get the hang of it.....will you be my guide?
Hope it works out for you to come.......Ron Morton is coming too.....it should be lots of fun! I love quarterlies because it reminds me exactly why I love Les Mills and their philosophy and because I can meet more fitness obsessed people like me and not feel weird!!

I am leaving tomorrow for NH to hang out with some friends for the week and then we are off to the Super Q! I hope to see you there. You have such a positive bright light about you. I had such a blast teaching w/ you Friday!!! We NEED to get our schedules to work out better so we can teach together more. Your energy is so high and I just feed off it. As great as that was. . . I must say, I like lunch the next day (and the three desserts) just as much.
