Hi Thelma

Great to hear from you, hope you are well.

Yes, it happens quite regularly nowadays never use to, it's quite frustrating when it does happen but at least I can still log on some people have lost their profiles and had to make new ones. I have an inactive profile also, when I signed up originally made up my profile and could never post on the forums I was able to write messages to other profiles but couldn't post. One of my boys told me to make a new profile and haven't had a problem since, only the occasional error message or that my profile nolonger exists, then I just log off for the day and the following day or later the same day it is ok again. I guess with the volume of people using this site it is bound to happen occasionally.

Have a great weekend
Connie

Hello THelma

Read your post on the combat forum re age. I'd like to congratulate you on staying active and enjoying it. Love it when older people continue to exercise to stay fit and healthy. As long as we can be sensible about what we do we should be able to keep it up for years.

Take Care

Saw your post on older instructors. Fill in your profile and add a few photos.
