Hey T,
P.R. was incredible and yes both things I love more than anything in the world, Combat and Fam. With Fam comes food, so that's an automatic. Yes, I do teach in Spanish and conduct the training in Spanish as well. This time around I will be there even longer, so I'm def pumped (no pun intended) about it. You like 41? It's a really good release all around.

Hey Tess. It was so great to meet you at the Q. You really did great at the intense...always smiling, haha!! Glad you enjoyed masterclasses, especially JAM. This one's a good one (but COMBAT is my fav). Hope we cross paths again. Stay with the fight

Hey, what's up Tess. Yeah, I went for filming and some R&R. It was incredible the 2nd time around, because I was truly able to just be a tourist this time. 41 is really good and I hope you like it. Good on you for going to the Q. It's a MUST do Tess, we need to be inspired and challenged as well.

What's the deal young lady!!!!
I'm great. I'm in Pa rt now at a trng and hey, I'm going to Puerto Rico for a Combat training and a Pump Master Class. I can't believe it, I'm so excited. My fam lives there and I will def get so see them.
So, launch is over for you....phew....cool. Any word on your vid yet? Yeah, I'm getting a round of Q's off, so that's cool. I was going to drive to South Carolina for my agency's Q, but honestly, I'm looking fwd to the time off.

Wow, I am so proud of you ladies. I was truly impressed over the w/e and continue to be impressed with the work ethic of you ladies. That is very cool of The Valley. That place is awesome.

Congrats girl. Yeah, falling off the stage would not be a good thing. If you do fall off, fall off in the essence of the program...lol....Good to see you again Tess. I have no idea when I might be back out there, but it won't be this month. I believe I left a good impression on the West Coast team, so hopefully it will grant another call. I will def keep you posted.
