WOW!! What an awesome time we had and I agree with you, you don't realize your strength until you push yourself through days like that!! My biceps were on fire all week! Hope to see you again soon and maybe we could teach together sometime!!

Great class today by the way! How'd the demo go? Stayed for Flow then just felt like getting home!!
Yeah, you can get into the NZ clothing website using 'The Store' , plus the US site (the gear that comes from France). I would guess the sizes are as before, looks pretty expensive though!! Think I'll stick to gear from the US site!!
