Yeah...things are really quiet on our side too. Summer was good then it completely fell off the map in September. We had our largest numbers to boot, it was awesome. it was like launching on a daily basis. Then all of a sudden...they just stopped coming. I don't know what is going on. Sharon and I are actually launching step that weekend, so we can't go to Q. Have you all added attack back yet? I heard that the members weren't liking it and that it was kept only for the early AM class, which Attack at the 6 o'clock hour is crazy! I didn't know that anytime fitness had class space, I thought it was all just equipment and machines to work out on your own. that's cool. do you do Les Mills step or freestyle? I got all excited at my job the other day because I had a client who loves Body step and pump. It was my first outer world experience with someone who loves it and it put us both on common ground and that was all we talked about.

Well, the 15th I am scheduled to teach, and my sister's in-laws are in for her wedding reception. We just got back from Croatia last Thursday for the ceremony over there. So, I don't think I'll be able to make it. But you all have a blast launching! let me know how it goes. I'll get over there for attack somehow!

I know she ordered them and then had them scanned. The jerseys we got were kind of big, mine was a ladie's small, and I could have been at least 6 mths pregnant in it.

Ok, I'll leave that day open in my schedule. We are wearing our jerseys that we wore for 62, except we are flipping them inside out and getting "energy" printed up the sides I think. Of course we are sporting the Les Mills arm band and black shorts. Its just 3 of us launching, Me, Tobie, and Bernadette.
