Hiya Vanessa, hope your doing great! I have a quick question for ya-Im looking to find out where i can get hold of the 'scientific / eveidence/ reports' on Body Step, Body Pump, Jam, Attack etc....I can remember from my module training that the master trainer did mention that Lesmills have carried out scintific tests & have such papers that conclude infomation on calorie expediture,energy systems used, bodyfat lost etc.....I absolutly love teaching all my Lesmills classes, but im wanting to find out more! Can you help - or point me in the right direction of the person who might?

Hope all is well, how did you enjoy the summit in NZ?
Been doing BS72 and BP66 for two weeks now and love them both. How do you manage to get in the front row everytime you're at a filming, you must move quickly or is it in alphabetical order?,lol!
