Looks like some great programs under your belt. Love Combat my all time Fav. I do not teach it at this time but hopfully I have my 3 Gyms talked into holding a training at one. Great pic.

Hi Vanny - the girl in the red dress. I like you aviator photo - very sexy.

I love Combat so much and enjoy teaching it more and more each week. I think each release is becoming more intense and proving to build my fitness. I'm so happy it has changed your life too for the better:)

Thanks for the compliments on my photos. I love taking photos and so does my Husband.

Enjoy the new release. I'm loving it at the moment. Have been teaching it for 3 weeks now:)
