My Favourite Programs

I´m Instructor Brazilian of Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Attack and RPM. I´m too instructor of brazilian program "Power Jump". This all class are my life. Body Attack is my favorite....."GO HARD OR GO HOME"...
" I MAY, I CAN"..... So everday wake up at 5:00 am to teaches RPM class on 6:15 a.m. in PH5 FITNESS CENTER.....This a great pleace to work.... I´m live intensity my life....I like so much my job... Many people, many songs and a lot differents things everyday.....
