Thanks for the heads up! Sounds like a great release and from what I saw on the sizzler the speed balls etc look really innovative. I think it's about time Vive went out on a limb and introduced new quirky stuff in a small way,without taking anything away from the essence of the program. It keeps the ones who have been faithfully following Vive for 2-3 years interested, keeps the instructors excited about teaching it and trains different muscle groups. I'm excited!
Looking forward to hearing everyone's take on it, though some on the forum have reported mixed feelings.

So great you get to see Mark. He's actually one of my favourites. Always makes me laugh-especially track 4 in last release telling everyone off for facing the wrong way!

Hey there! good to hear from you:) Things are going a bit slow here, maybe because of the cold gloomy weather i'm not sure! HOpefully people start coming to classes, always much more fun with bigger classes....

We don't get BV13 til Nov 22nd. AGES away!!
Sadly Vive isn't being presented this time. Here we alternate between Jam and Vive and it's Jam's turn. Bugger!...(Not that I don't love Jam LOL)
Seems like there's mixed feelings about BV13 on the forums. Can't wait to see those combat-inspired moves they were talking about!
And no-one has been brave enough to print the tracklist yet. Guess we'll just have to wait...
Good luck with the crazy months ahead. So glad you're still Viving!
