I am still the biggest fan of Weird Al Yankovic but since the dawn of my Body Combat participation, the Group Scooter has creeped up to a close second in the most fantastic musical groups of all time.

Just completed my first training module in Body Combat (LOVE IT!) and I am on my way to becoming a super-dosshish instructor for the program (LOVE BC WHOOO!!) and to break away from being the super-drama queen-aways singing-constantly sweating-front row-show boat ham BodyCombat participant (BC mi amor!!!).

I owe my currant status to all instructors I have taken classes from, but more importantly the Tricycle team Li Anna, Julie and Cheryl for being the best role models ever Li Anna (motivating with your voice, body language and kind words), Julie (your awesome jokes, funny cues and constant mixes that promote singing) and Cheryl (your unbelievably high energy thats given me a goal to shoot for). In addition to the tricylce team I would like to include two others; Kara and Meghan, both fantastic Attack instructors, Meghan (who has the most inspirational phrases ever that in time I will creatively acquire and use as my own) and Kara (who believed in me so much that she would never let me take any options in her class).

I am still a History nerd who loves to study dictators, but more importantly I love to study how they kept order & law in their time, by means of Genocide and a great variety of torture tactics. current favorite is by PETER THE GREAT Tsar of Russia who would saw people in half by friction of rope.

Favorite JAM, COMBAT, and ATTACK release
JAM = release 34, 36, and 40 (45 a close 4th)
COMBATE = release 30, 24, and 26 (35 is a close 4th)
ATTACK = release 57, 56, and tie with 58-54

You know your addicted to Combat when... your excited for the new BodyStep release only because one of the featured songs is "Were not going to take it" from Body Combat release 30.

Kara	Ricky!!! Congratulations! I am so proud of you. You will have to let me know when you are going to start team teaching because I will be sure to try to fit the class into my schedule. You totally deserve it. You are one of the hardest workers that I know. :) Thanks for the shout out! Kara

I will try for Sunday! You know I just recently did a Scooter mix but I think I had some other songs mixed in there - I will have to check. But it was a fun mix.

I can't wait to get these new releases. Have you seen any of them yet???

Take Care and it is good to BE back! Mentally I am still a little on vacation though - or riding the high from a weekend of G, Rach, and Dan... It was wicked awesome - the best Jam experience of my life so far. I wish you all could have been there...
