Hey there,
How goes the mud?
Yesterday was the first ever LM convention in Israel -- was open to ALL participants and free (with t-shirts even). Was TOTALLY TOTALLY AWSOME! Can't wait to do that again (hope I can).
Anyway, have put a couple of pics up on my profile, but you may be able to see more on FB (maybe).
Take care and have a super weekend!

LOL - Being out of control and at least a bit crazy is what I love about Combat - where else can you get away with that?

I have to do the release a few more times before I can say that.
I don't like the track where they have us bouncing from the front to the side, like we're in some kind of straight aerobics class. As I told my instructor, it's darn hard to feel like a 'fighter' when doing this move.
Overall though I love the release. I have one problem though - by track 8 my shoulders are so wiped, that I can't even lift my arms up for a cross -- hope I get over this hurdle soon!
Have a great weekend...

Hey,
Totally with you on the Metallica!
However, I really don't know what they were thinking with the first song in the warm-up track???
Launch was last night, and it was a gas! Hope to get to another class tonight...
Triathalons does seem to be the next logical step for you...
Stay warm.

Dirty bird? Nuts? More so than jello???? Hmmmm....
Are you managing to fit the BodyCombat in as well?
We have the launch of 41 on Oct. 26th, and then the "re-lunch" of Les Mills in Israel on Nov. 20th - in a huge gym with 100 + participants - should be pretty cool!
Take care,
Susan

Saw the pics - I think if I was going to do that thing, it would be in a wet-suite with knee and elbow pads! Crazy! I'll stick with Combat for now.
My trainer is going to try and get me into running again (without awakening my knee issue). He had me do a short run/walk on the treadmill this week and I loved it!
Have a great recovery...

Hey Wayne,
I agree with you regarding the twitter -- I'm only into it at the moment 'cause it's something relatively new here, and I feel I need to know about it. It's also fun to see what Dan & Rach (the BC program directors) are doing throughout their day/week.
Hope the mud run goes well! Let us know how it goes. Probably a lot more "mud" at this time of year, eh?
Talk to you later.

Yes I did and wow I hope I get to be at your shape at your age! It looks so hard I cant believe your doing it again! Its great that your wife supports you. You seem to have a good supportive relationship. My husband and I have different hobbies so we use BC as something common to talk or do together. Thank god for LM :-) I was told that this round BC 41 will be 2 weeks earlier so we might catch up with you. Cant Wait to see the DVD. Keep up the good work!

P.S. why do you want to learn Hebrew? You have to find someone to practise with.
