ano i aint spoke to ya in donks! life is pretty sweet really busy with teaching and personal training and also been doin a lot of kick boxing training! london is quality but its been raining loads over the last few days but roasting in scotlan whats that all about?
i aint heard of that but ive seen pics of thailand and it looks amazing! im saving up sum money and i am going over there for a thi boxing training camp!
SWEET news mate! you must be well happy? just look for lesmills oz on this but i think its mainly fitness first there aint it? think some of my friends on this are from oz steal em if ya want? lol! im also hoping to get back into kickboxing tournaments as well

Thailand, wow, sounds good. Have you been to say any Thai fighting then??? You gotta go its suppose to be amazing.
Nothing changed much here, expect found out what the hecks wrong with my knee, ruptured ACL, osgood schlatter disease and a heck of a lot of wear and tear in my knee, now waiting aon an MRI scan and then will find out whats happening from there apart from that its all good, lol.
Wed class is still going strong, Stu is surviving, lol. We got Donna coming back for a "one class only to say goodbye class" next Wed (28), so looking foward to that.
Where you lot heading next then?

We are launching BC 35 this weekend at my gym- we wanted to launch it two weeks ago, but a lot of our instructors were at a BodyFlow training (called BodyBalance in some countries), then we had a holiday last weekend (Mother's Day is celebrated the second Sunday in May in the U.S.- do you do that in Scotland?) So, we are a little behind, but it worked out way better to launch this weekend instead. We are launching the new Pump, Combat, RPM, Step, and Flow all this weekend. :) My favorite tracks on #35 are 2, 6, and 7. Overall it is my favorite release since BC 28!!! :)
How amazing that you got to see a real muay thai match... That is incredible! :)
