Hey Everybody

My name is Wesley "T-Wes" Lagarde. I'm certified in Body Jam and Body Pump. I hope to become a Body Jam trainer eventually. I am originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, but i currently live in Baton Rouge, LA where I attend Louisiana State University with a major in Kenisiology. I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer at Bally's Total Fitness, and I also just finished my Zumba Training. I am also a Team Beach Body Coach, check out my website...(at the bottom) :). I eventually want to work for Les Mills West Coast as a trainer or assessor. Pretty much everything I do is a step toward reaching that goal. If you would like to talk just messageg me! Les Mills South Central

Hey Wesley, Kristina here LMSC. I just returned from a quick trip to LA, stopped in Baton Rouge to visit some clubs and saw Jay's new club. You need to check it out.... It is on Highland Rd. behind his ANYTIME FITNESS. The place is going to have wicked sound, two studio's (big rooms) with reception area, seperate storage, etc. Amanda is the GFM there and would love to talk to you. Kristi	I tip my hat off to anyone that obtains a fitness trainer certification....You are truely dedicated! I LOVE BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyFlow, and BodyJam. I can't wait until we get BodyAttack at my gym this Fall.

Alecia	That is a shame. I am going to take Jam at the Super Q and would have liked to have taken it at least once before I take the master class!! LOL. I didn't love body bar, once you are used to the style of les mills, everything else seems so high school :o)
