**What to say??? I *Love Love Love* Les Mills programs, and am lucky to teach RPM 4 days/week and Pump 2 days/week at Gold’s Gym's here in Appleton. I am not teaching Attack due to an ankle injury, but that is ok, RPM and Pump (and road biking!!!) are my passion!!
9/09 bike crash month has me out of the gym and off my bike due to a broken clavicle! Ugh! Another 4 weeks until my next xray :( BUT!!! my brand new Felt came out of 28 mph crash in the ditch with no scratches!! Whaahooo!
**Big accomplishments for me physically are running a half marathon and several 15K's, duathalons, rollerblading marathon, riding the American Diabetes Association 100K the last 4 years, 2yrs of Title Town tour 100k, and "Race the lake" 90 mile Race!

**Full time I own a dental lab with my husband, I love doing that as well. I feel really lucky to be in the situation I am in; I get to see first hand what my work means to people. Helping someone who never wanted to smile because they were so self conscious of their teeth, and I can change that. It's huge.
**Outside of the gym and work, I love to be outside on my bike with my husband and kids, we love to find "secret" trails in our area and see where they lead.... check out "letterboxing.org" for another really fun family activity we have been doing. And of course hanging with the girls, watching “grey’s anatomy” and drinking some vino ;)

Tour de Cure 2007 100K update: Was Awesome!! We had the biggest team of 16, and raised over $7,000!!! The rain came down and pelted us, that was painful! But it was so amazing! I never would have thought I could have rode in a storm like that, thought for sure I would bite the dust on the slippery roads! Made it thru safe, can't wait till next year ;)
