Just catching up with how folks are doing here, and absolute WOW that you have now done the RPM training as well. Wonderful stuff.
I did something similar to you. Balance training to help with personal growth. Very scarey, then two months later did the pump training. Talk about pushing yourself out of your comfort zone.
Congratulations and I am sure you will be an inspiration to many.

Great to meet you at the quarterly.....did you enjoy it? Yeah stupid question I know. I had an awesome day. By Jam my brain had given up and couldn't tell my hands and feet what to do!! Well that's my excuse for my attempt at 'Jamming'!!!
Hoping to get to the next pump training.
Are you teaching?

Never give up! Remember why you got certified in the first place. Always go back to what the program did for you, and let that be your drive to inspire the participants to Lift Beyond Their Limits. Remember that we are warriors against a sedentary lifestyle. Will you lead the tribe into battle?
