Hi, I encouraged my husband of 23yrs to become an RPM instructor last fall. He was so awesome I just had to attend every class, even though I had dislike studio cycle, I love the set interval training and music of RPM. I continued taking Bodypump classes as after a pretty bad bicycle accident it brought me back into the gym and kept me moving. February this year Debbie (our incredible ggx coordinator) asked if I wanted to train in Bodypump?
The youngest of our 4 teenagers stated" Mom you have never spoken in front of anyone" well at 45yrs old and with some concerns about my creaking bones my oldest daughter, Jennifer and I took the training. My friend and mentor Paula encouraged and cajoled me all the way! It was amazing, Justin was perfect and I not only passed, I realized I am a lot stronger than I thought in both mind and body.

Two months later I headed to Fort Worth with Jason and we attended RPM training with Carrie ( another phenomenal trainer). Today I taught Bodypump in front of my boss ( nerve wracking ) and this morning I will teach RPM with my amazing husband. Here's to all who have believed in me, even when I seriously doubted myself and Thank you to all who inspire me on a daily basis. Mike I will love you forever!!!!

Just catching up with how folks are doing here, and absolute WOW that you have now done the RPM training as well. Wonderful stuff.

I did something similar to you. Balance training to help with personal growth. Very scarey, then two months later did the pump training. Talk about pushing yourself out of your comfort zone.

Congratulations and I am sure you will be an inspiration to many.

Great to meet you at the quarterly.....did you enjoy it? Yeah stupid question I know. I had an awesome day. By Jam my brain had given up and couldn't tell my hands and feet what to do!! Well that's my excuse for my attempt at 'Jamming'!!!
Hoping to get to the next pump training.
Are you teaching?

Never give up! Remember why you got certified in the first place. Always go back to what the program did for you, and let that be your drive to inspire the participants to Lift Beyond Their Limits. Remember that we are warriors against a sedentary lifestyle. Will you lead the tribe into battle?
