Yes, definately come to a class if you can make it. I teach BF on mondays 6:45am (Toronto St), wednesdays 12:10pm on wednesdays (McCaul), saturdays 10:30am (Toronto St), and sundays 11:30am (Manulife). I do miss my friends in Halifax, but I am closer to family in Montreal. Hope I'll see you around, and maybe at CanFit if you aren't in switzerland by then.

i took BF training with you in Quispam back in may 06. just saw that you're moving to switzerland, that's great. beautiful country. i love BF and now have 4 regular classes teaching in Toronto. can't wait to release 40, it's beautiful. i wish you all the best in your new job.
